Six and Done!

31 07 2013

I sat down tonight while I was prepping dinner, and waiting for hubby to get home with kiddo, and finished up the last six blocks I need for my Granny Block top!

Woo!

Tomorrow, then, I can settle into trim them all down, and start putting the top itself together.

I’m still hoping to have a top done by the end of this week. I think it would be awesome if I could start quilting it up on Sunday.

I cannot WAIT to see this at the next quilting day. I hope timing works out so you can be here!

I’m really hoping the timing works out too! I know I agreed to work at the mall on a Saturday – I’m hoping it doesn’t conflict.

I love all the grey in your blocks. It will be a fabulous quilt

Gray is my favorite neutral, hands down. I love playing with gray fabrics, and watching color pop against them.

I am planning to attend the Quilt Expo in Madison. I tend to make an annual event of it with some sewing friends!
